- This number is displayed on the Check Status/Receive

- This number is also forwarded on to the ATO
- Any transfers back to the ECI use the ATO generated correspondence
number as the reference number field, this value is shown on the
Check Status/Receive window

| SSK |
An electronic ATO version of the Request to transfer whole balance
of superannuation benefits form (Portability form) created using SuperSeeker and received from the ATO.
You will receive an email from us telling you when this file is available for pick up
from ECI. Where a file contains more than one form, a black line will show where one form ends and another begins.

|
Status of
a File or message sent to or from the ATO.
- Received. The file (AVA, MSG, LMR, MES or MAF file) or message has been received by the ATO
- Forwarded. The file (AVA, MSG, LMR, MES or MAF file) or message has been received by the ATO mainframe.
- Available. The file (SPAD, ACK, MAFR, MSG, or SSK file)
is available from the ATO for download or message is available
for viewing
- Downloaded. The user has downloaded the file from the
ATO. (SSK, SPAD, MAFR and ACK files)
- Archived. The item has been removed from the ECI as it
has been downloaded, viewed or received and the retention period elapsed
- Read. A user has viewed MSG or file

A field used
when sending/receiving messages. It is used to identify the contents
of the message. This may be the reference number displayed on the

eXtensible Markup Language
Taxation XML (TaxXML) format is a version of Canonical XML (CXML) designed by the ATO
for interactions with external clients. XML files contain the actual data being sent
to you.

XML Schema Document
Used by software developers to ensure the XML file received via ECI is not corrupted.
Download from the ATO's web site.

| XSLT |
eXtensible Stylesheet Language Transformation
This is the template file which will allow you to read, on a web browser (readable HTML),
XML files saved to the same directory/folder as the XSLT file. Download from the ATO's web site.
You only need to save the XSLT file once.
