Out Tray

The Out Tray lists the documents that you are ready to send to the ATO. You can send all of the documents in the Out Tray to the ATO at the same time, or you can select a single document to send to the ATO.

There will be no documents in your Out Tray until you move them from the In Tray. No functions will be available from the Out Tray until it contains at least one document.

Getting Started

To send selected documents to the ATO, perform the following steps:


1.   Click on the document in the Out Tray list to select it. Your documents will be listed in reverse period order unless you have selected your own sort order.

2.   Highlight the documents you wish to send & click the Send to ATO button.

To send all documents in the Out Tray to the ATO, click the Send All to ATO button.

CAUTION
The Send All to ATO button will automatically send ALL  documents from the Out Tray at the same time.

Out Tray functions

A summary of the function buttons on the Out Tray screen are listed below. Click on a hyperlink for further information on that topic.

  • Move to In Tray
    Moves selected document/s to the In Tray where you can change information if required.
  • View
    Displays your document before you send it to the ATO. You cannot change any details in the document.
  • Print
    Prints the selected document/s.
